Glute Split Stretch

Instructions
Start with your front leg positioned in a an L shape with your ankle and the outside of your thigh in contact with the ground. Move you back leg behind your body keeping the knee as straight as possible. You should feel this stretch on the front of hip on the trailing leg and deep in the glute or the front leg
