Group Fitness Training
Outdoor Group Training sessions are circuit based classes with a perfect mix of aerobic, strength and corrective exercise training techniques. These classes differ from your standard bootcamps. There will be no yelling, just correct infomation and a motivated group of people. Group training sessions contain 4-8 people, and use a variety of equipment. Each session is adapted to the fitness level of the class at hand.
Each class contains a mix of running intervals, weights, aerobics circuits, ab work, stretching and loads of other activities. The classes are always changing and result in body fat loss, decreased lower back pain, improved energy levels and loads of other benefits. These classes suit a variety of fitness levels and are always varied and challenging.
