Mums and Bubs Fitness Classes
These classes are for Mum's with newborns. The classes are designed to work around you and your little one. We use less complicated circuits that are done in one location so you can get some exercise in without to much stress.
Bring your baby down, originally leave them in the pram, then soon it is tummy time, and eventually they'll be crawling off. At the moment no nanny's are provided, if you have older children we can discuss some options. Generally children up to 2 years are happy to stay close by mum and experience the world at hand.
Benefits of Fitness Training for new mothers
Provided you have no complications related to pregnancy exercise can be a great way to improve your energy levels. There is never time to exercise with a baby so the classes allow a little free time whilst your new born stays close enough to be monitored. Generally after 3-6 months its safe to resume all the exercise you previously performed
These classes include core exercises that focus on bracing and lower back strengthening. All this is needed as lower back issues quite often develop due to carrying and holding you child
