Eastern Suburbs City2Surf Program

Advanced - Expected Race Finish (50-70 minutes)

This is a 9 week program for people aiming to run the City to Surf in 50-70 minutes. The advanced program assumes previous running experience and is recommended for people how have completed longer distance events before. For those aiming to run the race closer to the 50 minute mark it is recommended that you add an extra interval/30 minute cardio or a cross training session per week. Choose your favourite from the already listed workouts

Eastern Suburbs City to Surf Program

Intermediate Expected Race Finish (70-90 minutes)

This is a 9 week program for people aiming to run the City to Surf in 70-90 minutes. The Intermediate program is for those who can currently run and are looking to make improvements on past times. To ensure you'll be able to complete the program you should be able to currently run at least 20 minutes without stopping. For those aiming to make greater improvements and run more seriously it is recommended adding an extra interval/30 minute cardio or a cross training session per week. Choose your favourite from the already listed workouts.
