Outdoor Running Groups
Every Wednesday morning we meet together for a running class. These classes use no equipment and consist of a mix of steady pace runs, interval workouts, stairs and occasional body weight exercises.
Meeting Spots
- The first and third Wednesday of the month, we meet outside Coogee Palace Hotel
- The second and forth and fifth Wednesday of the month we meet at the corner of Queens Park and Centennial Park
Classes are adapted for most individuals. Provided you can run for 20 minutes without stop, even at a slow pace, you'll be able to manage the session. We cover distances anywhere from 3-10km depending on you fitness level
