White Fish with Asian Sauce
Ingredients - Serves 2
- 400 grams of White Fish
- 2 small Chillies finely chopped
- 3 Shallots - finely chopped
- 2cm piece of Ginger - finely chopped
- 30 mls of Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
- 1/2 bunch of Bok choy
- 2 medium stems of broccholi
- Small handfull of diced Coriander
- 3/4 cup of Basmatti Rice
Methods
- Preheat ovan to 180 degrees
- Place fish in aluminium foil and add ginger, chilli, shallots and soy sauce. Cook for 20-25 minutes
- Meanwhile bring rice to boil with 2 cups of water. Simmer for 15 minutes until tender
- Add sesame oil, broccholi and bok choy to wok and stir fry until heated
- Serve
