Tuna and Sweet Pea Pasta
Ingredients - Serves 2
- 3/4 cup of plain pasta
- 3/4 cup of wholemeal pasta
- 3/4 cup of sweet peas
- 1/4 of chopped parsley
- 1 Tablespoons of Olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of Dujon Mustard
- 200 grams of canned tuna
- 1/4 red onion
Methods
- Cook pasta for 10 minutes in a medium pan
- Meanwhile add onion, peas, olive oil to a pan, cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Add mustard and tuna and cook for a further minute
- Add pan ingredients to strained pasta
- Add parsley and serve
