Side Step Twists
Theraband Side Step Twists develop core strength and movement coordination. They're a beneficial exercise for sports conditioning and circuit training. Sports particularly golf, cricket, tennis and boxing all require the production of rotational forces. Side step twist strengthen the obliques which produce trunk rotation. The adductors and gluteus muscles are also involved in both the side step and the twisting motion.
Side step twists make a great theraband warm up exercise or they can be used to increase the heart rate during a standard core workout
