Push up Rotations - T push ups

Push up rotations are an upper body strength building exercise. The added twisting motion increases the energy demand of the exercise, whilst challenging the shoulder stabilizes particularly the serratus anterior. Push up rotations are a suitable exercise for individuals who can perform 25 or more standard push ups.

Push up rotations require a faster muscle contract in the upwards phase, therefore if your purpose is to develop power then this exercise is of benefit
