For our Direct Debit payment, we have made a considerable effort to find you a company with greater freedom and customer service to process your transactions. Debit Success, provide customer call center staff to help you if you have any problems with your payments.
Terms and Conditions
Minimum Contract Length
Our Group Training Program offers weekly, fortnightly and monthly debit options. The minimum term for a customer paying weekly or fortnightly is 2 weeks (minimum total payment - $104.00) plus $10 sign on fee. When choosing to pay monthly the minimum payment is one debit of $210 plus a $10 sign on fee.
Contract Suspension
If for any reason you are unable to attend training for 2 weeks or more, you can place your contract on hold for up to 6 weeks. We require 2 days notice prior to the date of suspension. Suspension fee's are $5 per week debited on your usual date of payment.
Contract Cancellation
You may cancel your contract at anytime after the minimum term. 7 days notice is required before the date of cancellation.
Failed Payments
Debit Success charge a dishonor fee of $10 per failed payment. Choosing the appropriate day and frequency of debit that works best for you, will ensure you avoid unnecessary fee's. Speak to us prior to filling out your debit form if you'd like payments to be deducted on specific days of the week.
