Heel Taps

Heel taps are a dynamic soleus stretching movement. Toe taps aim to improve dorsi flexion range of motion whilst improving foot and ankle alignment. Toe taps my prevent soleus tears in runners, pronation may also be reduced through improvements in dorsi flexion
