Burpee Challenge Strength Assessment

The Burpee Challenge is a combined upper and lower body strength assessment. For this workout choose the number of burpee's you wish to perform (between 50 and 200). Complete these burpees in as minimal time period as possible. Record the result and enter the details in the scoring calculator to assess your score. The workout can be modified to the squats and kneeling push ups challenge if burpees are above your current fitness level. This workout requires you to perform as many squats and push ups as possible in a given time period. If you perform 100 squats and 100 push ups enter this result as 100, and not 200. The same number of squats and push ups must be completed.
