Beef Salad
Ingredients - Serves 3
- 3 x 150 grams of steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 hard boiled egg
- lettuce
- 1/2 red capsicum
- 3 tomato
- 1 lebanese cucumber
- 1/4 red onion
- 4 tablespoons of low fat salad dressing
- 2 small potatos (diced to 1.5cm cubes)
- teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
Methods
- Add olive oil to pan and turn to medium heat. Add steak and mixed herbs and cook
- Meanwhile add eggs to a pot and bring to boil for 8 minutes
- Add diced potatoes and a pinch of salt to seperate pot. Boil for 10 minutes
- Cut the steak into strips and serve in diced salad ingredients, eggs, potato pieces and salad dressing
